The Directors of The Jigsaw Suite, Anita McInally and Melissa Harrison, met through their mothers' group following the births of their sons. They had a lot in common in that they were professionals with demanding jobs, they were first-time mothers, and they were experiencing difficulties with their childcare arrangements.

They realised that their work performance was being affected by the lack of emergency child care options affected their work performance so they decided to join forces and fix the problem
